By accessing or using Lineup ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Lineup is a waitlist management SaaS tool that allows users to create and manage waitlists for their products. We offer a free tier and a paid Pro plan.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Collect email addresses without the consent of the individuals
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware or malicious content
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment — see our Refund Policy for details.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lineup and its operators. You retain ownership of the data you collect through your waitlists.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lineup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
