When you use Lineup, we collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, and authentication data via Clerk
  • Waitlist data: emails and metadata submitted by your waitlist subscribers
  • Payment information: billing details processed by Paddle (we never store card numbers)
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error logs to improve the Service

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails (e.g. payment receipts, email verification for your waitlist)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Improve the Service through aggregate usage analysis

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management
  • Paddle — payment processing and subscription management
  • Supabase — database and storage
  • Vercel — hosting and deployment
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

Each of these services has their own privacy policies and data handling practices.

5. Waitlist Subscriber Data

When someone signs up for your waitlist, their email address is collected and stored on your behalf. You are responsible for having a legal basis to collect that data and for informing your subscribers about how their data will be used.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Waitlist data is retained until you delete the waitlist or your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
