Our Policy

We want you to be happy with Lineup. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@getwaitlists.com within 14 days of your payment with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of your purchase

We will process your refund promptly. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Payments Processed by Paddle

All payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller of record. Paddle's refund and buyer protection terms also apply and can be found at paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
